About the Founder Freedom Score
The Founder Freedom Score is a self-assessment created by TransformCXO to help business owners reflect on how independently their company operates today. It looks at ten areas, including decision making, accountability, processes, financial clarity, leadership depth, and your own energy and fulfillment, and highlights where greater freedom and enterprise value may be possible.
Please keep the following in mind as you review your results:
- It is based on your answers. Your score reflects the information you provide and your own perception of your business. We do not independently verify it.
- It is a TransformCXO framework. The score ranges and stages were developed from our experience working with founder-led businesses. They are not a scientifically validated instrument or an industry benchmark.
- It is not a valuation or audit. Your results do not measure what your business is worth, and they are not a comprehensive review of your operations, finances, or leadership team.
