Privacy Policy

Kristina Worldwide LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as TransformCXO ("TransformCXO," "we," "us," or "our"), respects the trust you place in us when you share information about yourself and your business. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through transformcxo.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, book a Discovery Call, subscribe to our newsletter, take the Founder Freedom Score, or inquire about our podcast, we may collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your work email address and phone number
  • Your company name and website
  • Your role or title
  • Your company's approximate annual revenue range, if you choose to share it
  • Your answers to the Founder Freedom Score, along with your resulting score, stage, and primary constraint
  • Anything else you choose to include in a message to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 6.

Information from others. We may receive information about you from referral partners, event organizers, or professional networks such as LinkedIn when you connect with us there or are introduced to us.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations
  • Deliver your Founder Freedom Score results and related insights
  • Understand your business so our conversations with you are relevant and useful
  • Send newsletters, educational content, and invitations you have asked to receive
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and which content is most helpful
  • Comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights

3. The Founder Freedom Score

When you complete the Founder Freedom Score, we store your contact information, your individual answers, and your results in our customer relationship management system. We use this information to send your results, to follow up with insights related to your score, and, if you choose to speak with us, to prepare for a more informed conversation about your business. We treat your assessment answers as confidential business information. We do not publish individual results, and we do not share them with anyone outside TransformCXO except the service providers that help us operate the assessment and deliver your results. We may use assessment results in aggregated, de-identified form, meaning no individual or company can be identified, to understand trends among the business owners we serve.

4. Email communications and your choices

After you complete the Founder Freedom Score, we will email you your results. If you opt in to further communications, or subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you occasional insights, resources, and invitations.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing info@transformcxo.com. Opting out of marketing emails will not stop messages related to a conversation or engagement you have with us.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others' advertising purposes.

We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use trusted companies to help us run our business, including website hosting, customer relationship management and email (for example, HubSpot), scheduling, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Our team. Members of the TransformCXO team, including our fractional executives, may access your information when needed to serve you.
  • With your direction. We share information when you ask us to, such as an introduction you request.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TransformCXO, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If TransformCXO is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Some of these are set by our service providers, such as our CRM, analytics, and social media partners.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law, through the cookie choices presented on the Site. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining our relationship with you, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email info@transformcxo.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

TransformCXO is based in the United States, and the Site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites, podcasts, and platforms we do not operate, such as LinkedIn, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

14. Contact us

Questions about this policy or your information are always welcome.
